When you complete your profile, you’ll be more eligible for relevant claims, but why stop there? You can take part in Review Hunt and let us get to know you even better, or engage with Circles and see which products other members are loving!
- Why did my profile completeness score fall from 100%?
If your completeness score falls below 100%, it’s because we have added some new questions for you to answer! These will be easily visible within the profile questions section, so you’ll be able to get right to it and get your score back up!
- Why am I being asked to connect my social accounts?
Connecting your social accounts (Instagram, TikTok, or both) opens you up to receive invites to those programs that require you to post about the product on your social accounts.
In case that’s not what you’re looking for, you can continue without adding your social accounts and still get invited to other programs that do not require you to post on your socials
Why are some of my profile questions already answered?
We have saved some of your answers from your previous profile set up, but some questions have changed and we will ask that you submit your answers again to keep your account up to date. You are welcome to update any answers at any time to make sure we have your latest information to ensure you’re matched with eligible programs.How often do I need to update my profile to stay eligible for program invites?
Keeping your profile up to date means we can match you with more relevant programs, but if your profile is at 100% completeness, you’ll remain eligible for invites until this changes or drops.
