I'm having trouble accessing my account.

Make sure you are on the “sign in” page instead of the “sign up” page.

• Look for the text that says “Already a member? Sign In” at the top of the page!

Make sure you are logging in using your original sign-in method. This could be any of the following:

• Email and password
• Apple
• Google
• Facebook

If you used an email address to create your account but you forgot your password, you can tap on the “forgot password?” link below the sign in boxes.

• Please note that you will only receive a reset password link if you originally created your account using an email address and password.

If you cannot remember how you originally created your account, please reach out to our support team for assistance. 

• Please avoid creating a new account. Each member is permitted to have one account, and we will need to delete any duplicate accounts that are mistakenly created.
