Sorry about that. We are constantly trying to update our database with the latest products, but it's possible you found one we don’t have UPC information on yet.
To make sure other members don't have the same issue, you can help us in one of two ways:
- Add a product to our Marketplace by scanning the item again and then tapping on the “Submit a product to our marketplace” button on the “No results found” screen. You’ll then be prompted to enter the product name and a URL to the product being sold online for verification.
- Submit a ticket telling us exactly what product you were trying to scan and what its UPC number is.
Not sure where to find the UPC number? Look for the small, written numbers underneath the barcode. They’re generally around 10 digits long, but can be more or less.
No barcode or URL? Sorry, but we can’t add products to our Marketplace that don’t have either at this time.
Not seeing a product you added? Give it time. All submissions are subject to review and will be added to the Marketplace once approved.
