You sure can. The ONLY exception is if you’re actively participating in a campaign. In that case, we ask that you complete the campaign before making the change.
- Make sure you are signed out of the social media accounts you want to change—on the computer or device you’re currently using to make the change. If not, it won’t work.
- Go to Settings, Connect Social Media.
- Tap to disconnect the desired social media accounts. Remember, you should be signed out EVERYWHERE on the computer or device you’re using.
- Tap on the social media icon you’d like to connect. Facebook, Instagram, etc.
- Follow the prompts to enter your new account information.
- Tap “Allow” to connect to a new account.
