Post-surveys are the best way to let brand partners know what you thought of their product: good or bad. It’s something you have to do in exchange for trying the product.
Not all programs require a post-survey, but if you do receive one in your inbox, you have to complete it. The post-survey will also appear as a required task in your program on the app.
Don’t worry about missing our first email! If a post-survey is required for your program and we don’t hear from you after the first notification, we’ll send you another nudge.
Post-survey emails and notifications are only sent when everyone finishes the program, so if you finish early, please be patient and continue enjoying your new product!
