If I submitted a pre-survey, am I automatically in that program?

When you fill out a pre-survey, you are part of the selection process, but you are not automatically in the program.

If you are selected for the program, you will be notified by email, generally within a week or two. The program will also appear on the app shortly before or after you receive the email. You’ll find the programs you’re participating in by clicking on the gift icon at the bottom of your screen.

If you do not receive an email notifying you that your product is on the way, you have unfortunately not been selected to participate in this particular program. But please don’t get discouraged! We send surveys for new programs all the time, and you can also try products through other opportunities.
