What programs does Influenster offer, and how do I participate?

You can qualify for programs in two ways:

1. Take a pre-survey. For more information on on pre-surveys:
   • What is a pre-survey?
   • If I took a pre-survey, am I automatically added to that program?
   • I am not receiving as many surveys as I used to.
2. Receive an invite to claim a product or offer based on information you have already shared with us. This information includes:
   • Your profile information, specifically the “Interests” and “Demographics” sections. To learn how to update your information, click here. 
   • Your activity on the app, specifically your Tier status and Required Task Progress. 
   • Your connected social accounts. For more information click here.

Once you have qualified for a program, there are a few ways to get the product:

1. No cost to you. We ship the product directly to your home for free.
2. Pay upfront. You purchase the product, and submit your receipt to receive money back.
   • Please read program terms carefully; there may be an out-of-pocket cost to you.
   • Participating members must have a connected PayPal account. PayPal is currently the only way to receive money back. Please do not participate if you do not have a PayPal account.
3. Purchase using a coupon/gift code. We provide a coupon or gift code for you to purchase the product.
   
   • Please read program terms carefully; there may be an out-of-pocket cost to you.

Once you have opted-in to a program, completing the required tasks is mandatory. If you choose to opt-out, your eligibility for future programs will not be impacted. 

1. For programs with pre-surveys, please “opt-out” of any products you’re not interested in reviewing. You can opt-out of specific products or programs at the end of each pre-survey.
2. For offers or product claims, please read the program details carefully before claiming. We cannot remove you from the program once you’ve claimed a product or offer.
3. For programs where you pay upfront, you can opt-out by clicking “No, Thanks” on the Product tab. We cannot remove you from the program once you’ve claimed a product or offer. For more information on opting-out after claiming a product, click here.
