Here are a few tips from our tech team that should do the trick:
- Make sure your app is up-to-date.
- Confirm that your Shipping Details are updated in the app. When you click "verify address," our system checks what you entered on the address verification page against the information you shared in your Shipping Details. (The address you share in your Shipping Details should auto-populate on the address verification page.)
- Go to your profile in the app.
- Tap on "Shipping details," and then edit as necessary.
- Tap "Save" at the bottom of the screen to save your changes.
- **Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
- Please submit the survey through the app vs. from a browser on a desktop/laptop computer. You will not be able to verify your address if you are not on the app.
- Active surveys will appear on your program/sample page in the app. You can access this page by clicking on the little gift icon on your bottom menu bar. Any active surveys will appear at the top of that page.
