That’s not good.
More often than not, it’s because members are currently logged in under a different user (usually a roommate or partner). If this happens, simply log out of Influenster and then click or tap on the survey link again. It will automatically prompt you to login to take the survey.
If you are logged in with your account and are still getting errors, here are some additional workarounds we’ve heard from other members and our tech team:
- Having trouble clicking the link in your email? Copy and paste the link into your browser
- Mobile device or tablet giving you trouble? Try accessing the survey from a desktop or laptop computer.
- Browser giving you trouble? Members have had a lot of luck with Google Chrome. Don’t have Google Chrome? You can download it free here: https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/browser/
