Instagram: I am receiving an error message about "off Meta technologies."

If you are receiving an "off Meta technologies" error message, please take the following steps from a mobile or desktop browser:

1. Visit https://accountscenter.facebook.com/info_and_permissions

2. Click "Your activity off Meta technologies"

3. Click "Manage future activity"

4. Make sure "Connect future activity" is selected

5. Return to the Influenster app and attempt to re-connect

**Please note that after you take the steps -- any or all or a combination of them -- you will need to DELETE and REPOST your Instagram post through the campaign activity in the app. Our system cannot retroactively award credit.**
