Instagram: I am receiving an error message about “Media Permissions.”

Influenster needs permission to view your posts so we can mark your tasks as complete. To grant permission, follow these steps:

1. Open your Instagram app.
2. From your Profile page, go to your Settings menu.
3. Under "Your app and media," select "App website permissions."
4. Tap "Apps and websites."
5. View your Active and Expired apps and websites.
6. If Influenster is "Active," you are all set!
7. If Influenster is listed as "Expired" or "Removed," please return to the Influenster app. Tap your profile and select the little gear in the top right-hand corner. Tap "Link social accounts," then use the toggle button next to the Instagram icon to first disconnect and then reconnect your Instagram account.
8. Make sure you tap "Allow" when asked about sharing information. Please see the screenshot below. If you previously tapped "Don't allow," you may need to disconnect and reconnect to reauthorize permissions.

Please note that after you take the steps below, you’ll need to delete and repost your Instagram post through the app. That’s the only way we can verify your task.
