I received an error message on my Influenster review.

Important: You must complete your tasks through the Influenster app so that we can verify them. Please do not use the desktop site!

If you are able to see a completed review on your profile tab in the app, please delete it and try reviewing again through your program task. Our platform will always reject duplicate reviews. Here’s how to do it:

1. Go to your profile on the Influenster app.
2. Tap on "Reviews." (See screenshot below.)
3. All of your completed reviews should appear here. If you can see the review you wrote for your product, you can delete it and rewrite the review through your program task.

For smooth sailing, always review the product through your program task in the app, never directly on the Influenster product page or through a Daily Task on your home feed.
