If you are seeing an "already completed" error message when you tap on a survey and are unable to access it, you probably received this survey in error. It is a duplicate survey, and you have already completed it. We hope you get selected for this one!
To see your surveys, tap on the gift icon at the bottom of your screen. Any active surveys will appear at the top of your Programs tab.
The surveys you see in the app are the same ones that are emailed to you. If you have already completed the survey on either platform, you will no longer have access to it after submission.
