Here are three tips directly from our tech team:
- Make sure your app is up to date! You can find the latest version of the app on the App Store and Google Play.
- Confirm that your Shipping Details are accurate on the app. Here’s where you can find them: Go to the Profile tab on the app. Tap on "Shipping details" and edit your details as needed.
- As for most Influenster things, you’ll need to submit the survey through the app, not from the desktop website.
To see your surveys, tap on the gift icon at the bottom of your screen. Any active surveys will appear at the top of that page.
Don’t worry, failure to complete a pre-survey will not disqualify you from participating in future programs, and we have lots on the way!
