The good news:
Every VoxBox is shipped with a tracking number so you can watch it go from our warehouse to your doorstep. Most members receive the tracking information 1-2 weeks after they receive their “You're in” email. The easiest place to find it is on the “Details” page in the Campaign section.
The bad news:
If, by some mishap, your VoxBox gets lost or never arrives, there is unfortunately nothing we can do. Please know that you will not be penalized, nor will it hurt your chances of participating in future campaigns. Also, please ignore any emails or updates you might get about this specific campaign. They are automated and we currently can’t prevent them from being sent out.
Sadly, we also can’t replace VoxBoxes lost in transit. Again, we are truly sorry and you will not be penalized in any way for not being able to take the mandatory survey.
