I qualified for a VoxBox, but it hasn't arrived, what do I do?

After we ship the VoxBoxes, we'll add tracking information to the details page of your campaign. You can use that number on the USPS website to watch your VoxBox travel from our warehouse to your doorstep!

If, by some error, your VoxBox gets lost and never arrives, please do not check it in so that you remain eligible for future campaigns.

Unfortunately, we cannot replace VoxBoxes lost in transit. You will not be penalized for being unable to take the mandatory survey if you do not check in your box.
