The good news:
Every VoxBox is shipped with a tracking number so you can watch it go from our warehouse to your doorstep. Most members receive the tracking information 1-2 weeks after receiving their "You're in" email. The easiest place to find it is on the "details" page in the campaign section.
The bad news:
If your VoxBox gets lost or never arrives, we cannot send you a new box. However, let us know if you didn't receive your product. We'll ensure you don't receive any communication regarding this campaign.
We can't replace VoxBoxes lost in transit because every product we receive from our partners is sent to as many members as we can. We don't have extras. Again, we are sorry. Just let us know. You will not be penalized in any way for not being able to complete the required activities.
