We're so sorry to hear that you have yet to receive your product! Products typically ship within 2 weeks of the start of the program, but it could take up to 4-6 weeks for your product to arrive. Once your product ships – if we have access to tracking information for your program – you will see tracking information on the "Details" tab of your program or right below your program tasks in the app.
The review reminder emails do tend to start early, so if you still have time remaining in your program, your product is likely still en route to you.
If you have not received your product, and it has been at least 3 full weeks since the program appeared on your dashboard, please reach out to our member support team for assistance.
Unfortunately, Influenster can only send out a limited quantity of free products to our members and therefore cannot guarantee that we will be able to replace products that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
