It probably means one of two things happened, but, in both cases, there is little we can do.
First, if the USPS delivered your VoxBox to the wrong address, please contact the USPS ASAP.
Second, if the address you gave during the pre-survey was wrong or is now incorrect, unfortunately there is nothing we can do.
For the security of our 6.5 million members, we don’t store the street address of anyone on our servers. Instead, we send the address given in the survey directly to our shipping partners. This means that we can’t make edits or updates after the addresses are submitted.
Unfortunately, we also currently can’t replace VoxBoxes lost in transit. Please also know that you will in no way be penalized for being unable to take the mandatory survey. We want real, honest reviews and we understand that you can’t give one if the box never arrives.
