If the USPS delivered your VoxBox to the wrong address, please get in touch with the USPS immediately. Second, if the address you gave during the pre-survey was incorrect or is now incorrect, there is nothing we can do.
We send the address provided in the survey or campaign address confirmation directly to our shipping partners. This means we can't make edits or updates after submitting the addresses.
Unfortunately, we also can't replace VoxBoxes lost in transit. Please let us know if you're not able to complete your activities. We want real, honest reviews, and we understand you can't give one if the box never arrives.
