I'm having trouble accessing my account.

Relax; it happens to the best of us. Here's how to get back into your account:

(Before you get started: If you're unable to log in on the Influenster app, your account may be deactivated. If that's the case, you must be using a mobile browser, desktop, or laptop to reactivate it. Not the app itself.)

1. Go to the main Influenster log in page on your mobile browser, desktop, or laptop. Here's the link: https://www.influenster.com/login
2. Try logging in through Facebook since it's how most people register with us. If you didn't sign up using Facebook, try logging in with your email and password.
3. Forgot your password? Look for "Forgot your Password" on the main Influenster log in page. Here's a shortcut: https://www.influenster.com/password/forgot
4. Follow the steps. You're signed in. Done and done.

Pro tip: Before signing in on the app, make sure you're running the latest and greatest version of Influenster.
