Reactivating is easy!
- Tap “sign in,” and sign in using your original sign-in method.**
- Be sure you are tapping “Already a member? Sign In” at the top of the page instead of creating a new account.
- **Note: If it appears that you are creating a new account instead of reactivating your original account, do not continue through the process. You will end up with two accounts instead of access to your original one. Please reach out to our member support team for assistance.
- Tap “Reactivate.”
- All set! You should have access to your original account and its data. Please double-check the following sections to make sure nothing was lost and/or to make edits as necessary:
Note: Deleted accounts cannot be reactivated. If your account was deleted, you will need to create a new account.
