What can I do if you shipped my product to the wrong address?

The address and contact information you share in pre-surveys will be used for that program. It’s confidential and cannot be edited after submission. Please double-check it’s correct before you hit submit!

If you haven't already, please enter your current mailing address into your profile in the app. 

To edit your Shipping Details:

1. Tap over to your profile in the app.
2. Tap on "Shipping details."
3. Enter your full address, including your full name.
4. Tap "Save" at the bottom of the screen.
5. In future pre-surveys/address verifications, this information should auto-populate on the "verify address" page.
