More often than not this just means that your package is on its way, but that USPS hasn’t updated the tracking information.
If, by some mishap, your VoxBox gets lost or never arrives, there is unfortunately nothing we can do. You will not be penalized nor will it hurt your chances of participating in future campaigns. Please ignore any emails or updates you might get about this specific campaign; they are automated and we currently can’t prevent them from being sent out.
Let us explain. We can’t replace VoxBoxes lost in transit because every product we receive from our partners is automatically sent to as many members as we can. We don’t have extras.
