Products typically ship within 2 weeks of the start of the program, but it could take up to 4-6 weeks for your product to arrive.
Once your product ships – if we have access to tracking information for your program – you will see tracking information on either the "Details" tab of your program OR right below your required tasks in the app.
If you have not received your product, and it has been at least 3 full weeks since the program appeared on your dashboard, please reach out to our member support team for assistance.
