Please know that we do everything we can to avoid this. But if it does happen, which is probably why you’re reading this, we have bad news.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to replace missing item(s) at this time. Which, again, is why we try to make sure it doesn’t happen. If your package arrived missing an item, please participate as best you can with the products you did receive. If the box arrived in a condition that prohibits you from participating in the campaign at all, we’re even more sorry.
Also please know that if either of these happen, it will in no way affect your eligibility for future campaigns moving forward.
