If you’re having trouble getting credit for a social share activity, make sure you’re using the right #s and @ mentions. You should also try to refresh your connection to the social media network by going to your impact page (https://www.influenster.com/dashboard/social-impact).
If you have more than one social media account, make sure you’ve connected the one you’re using for Influenster activities (For example, if you have two Instagram accounts, make sure you’re posting on the account that you have connected to your Influenster account!).
If you have an issue to report, please include the following details in your ticket to Influenster support:
- Are you using the app / mobile browser / desktop browser?
- What Operating System are you using?
- What is the make and model of the device you are using?
- Provide a screenshot of the issue, or the error message you're receiving, or both!
