To see your tracking number and the shipping address you provided in the pre-survey, click into that campaign on your Influenster profile. There will be an option you can click on that says "track my VoxBox here".
If your tracking number has not been uploaded to the site yet, don’t worry! We often ship VoxBoxes in waves, so if it isn’t there it likely means we have to ask for your patience a little longer, until your box ships as well!
If your tracking number is not updating on the USPS site, please be patient, as it can take USPS a few days to update their tracking information.
If your VoxBox does not make it to you, is lost in the mail, or is “returned to sender” we are unfortunately unable to send you a replacement. While we want all of our members to be able to participate, we have a limited quantity of products available. If this is the case for you, we ask that you don’t check your VoxBox in and ignore any and all emails you may receive about the campaign, including any reminders to take the final survey. Your account will be fine moving forward, and you will still remain eligible to receive future VoxBoxes!
